Often times we forget that leaders within the church are placed there by God. They are to equip the church for ministry and help them grow into the image of Christ so we can mature in our faith.

The core issue we can struggle with, especially as hard times come upon us, is doubting God will provide for my needs. Jesus taught told us that we don't have to anxious about this! Today, Pastor Jeff talks about how we can overcome this struggle.

The Bible explains to us how to live in close community with people who aren't blood relatives - Love! Love towards someone else is a disposition that is kind & devoted. Its's described like a close familial love between family members. It's something that we all long for and that Christians should be known for!

There are areas in our life that God wants to do a deeper work to free us from the chains and addictions we’ve allowed to take over. The problem is that we don’t always surrender these areas over to Him so he can heal us and continue His transformative work. What are some areas that you haven’t allowed him access into?

What is it that guides your decision making? Is it scripture? Is it the Holy Spirit? Or is our thoughts and our emotions? It’s so easy to get pulled off track because of our emotions, good or bad. Today Pastor Jeff is talking about how we can prevent letting our emotions get the best of us and we ca stay anchored in God’s word as our leading force.

Anything we try to change in our life will have no lasting value unless Jesus does the transforming work for us. We can’t be afraid to commit to make the change but we must also not think we will be able to make it permanent with out the power of God working in us!

We should want to finish better than we started. Endurance is one of those things that can be hard to have as we live in the world today. Pastor Jeff gives us a few practical ways to combat giving up. The main idea is stripping off those things that tend to get in the way of our walk of faith!

Why did the priesthood change? Because it was imperfect under the law and only served as a temporary role until Christ came. Now we've been given the Holy Spirit to help us with the hard things!

This is intended for those who are contemplating leaving the faith and going back into religious practices that make you feel good. For those who stop short of faith in Christ and always struggle with changing directions. Those who are "playing games" within the faith and living un-submitted lives to the gospel truth.

When the failures of the past creep in, people within the Church somehow seem to begin relating to God by their own goodness. Departing from GRACE received by FAITH. Maybe some of you are doing the same!?!
