Labor's federal budget was released earlier this week and revealed where Australia sits in debt.

Economist and Research Fellow at RMIT University Dr Nataliya Ilyushina told Gary Hardgrave on 4BC Drive, "The budget that has been just delivered has given us absolutely no hope."

"It's not only in deficit now, meaning they were going to go deeper and deeper in debt," Dr Ilyushina continued.
