Surprise! We pulled off an *almost* surprise birthday trip for Matt. This past weekend we left our kids at home and traded sippy cups for bottomless mimosas and adults-only play time in Las Vegas. Our memories are a wee bit foggy as we chat travel fails, weekend wins and the transition that is doing Vegas in your mid-30s. We're beyond exhausted, but WORTH IT!
