Welcome back to another episode, this time its a solo check in, which I felt like I haven't done in a while. The beast that I have been dealing with lately is fear. For me fear has run my life. From the fear of rejection, the fear of failure, the fear that I wont be able to provide for myself, fear of what other people think, fear that I'm not good enough, all the way down to a fear of dogs. Too many times in my life this fear has held me back, where does it come from and what can I do to better manage and move past it? Even though this isn't anything new to me the resurfacing of it couldn't have come at a better time, because i am going back to treatment for an Alumni intensive. The first time i went to treatment i was absolutely terrified, and this time around the feelings and emotions are the complete opposite. I couldn't be more excited! I'm facing my fears one day at a time. Thanks for listening and joining me on this journey.
