Ryousuke Nanasaki is a prominent Japanese LGBTQ+ activist, author, and entrepreneur. Born in Hokkaido, Japan, in 1987, he received national attention by holding Japan’s first religiously recognized same-sex wedding ceremony at a Buddhist temple in 2016.
