I am a firm believer that we don’t get what we want but we get what we expect. With that being said what would our lives look like if we woke up everyday and wrote down how we expect our lives to go.

“It’s already yours time just moves slow. “. What if we adapted this mindset as we chase our dreams. What if we understood that it’s already ours we just have to be patient and continue to put in the works as if we already have it in our hands.. Don’t get discourage cause things aren’t ha owning in the time you think they should understand that there is a process that’s specific for you, that you must go through in order to become the person who can sustain the success you obtain.....

Life does not play fair and it never will. So if we are going to accomplish our dreams, goals, and ambitions we have to make up in our minds that we WILL make it no matter what. We have to decide that we will not be broken by anything that life throws our way. We have to be 110% sold on it and we have to stand on it. So today I urge you to make up your mind, day to yourself I WILL NOT BE BROKEN

The grass isn’t greener on the other side the grass is greener where you water it.

I said this before but this comparison game we play is hurting us. Love your life the way it is. You may not have everything you want and you may not be where you want to be but still LOVE YOUR LIFE. LOVE your journey, LOVE where God has you right now. LOVE who you are ,LOVE how you look, JUST LOVE YOURS. You are blessed and if you really take a look at your life you’d see that

I’m not trying to be disrespectful but I need you to shut up. Stop talking about what you are going to do and just execute. I’m convinced that some of us love talking about our dreams goals and ambitions more than we like actually working towards them.... And I’m not saying this to be judgmental I’m saying this out of love because I was the guy who talked a good talk, but didn’t back my talking up with actions.......

For some odd reason we look for other people to affirm us. We look for other people to give us permission to chase our dreams or to be great , but the reality is we don’t need any outside affirmation. The only affirmation or permission we need is from ourselves and God.

I find strength in knowing that no matter what my life looks like now , it won’t always be this way. Whenever I my faith gets weak, when ever I get to a point of impatience or when I’m in a situation that doesn’t seem bright I always remind myself that it won’t always be this way.

I know what it feels like to be the underdog. I know what it feels like to be over looked. It’s not a good feeling and often times when we are faced with these situations it can lead us to believe that we will never get an opportunity. Well I’m here to tell you that your opportunity is coming but in order for you to kill it when it comes you must begin to prepare for it like it’s already yours. I don’t care how long it takes, DONT give up. Just keep working with the mindset that your day will come. So when it comes you are already prepared for it

We all are faced with times of uncertainty. We may have made some leeway in life and then BOOM life hits us and we get pushed back. It’s easy to get discouraged in this phase. It’s easy to want to give up. It’s easy to start doubting yourself but I want to encourage you not to give up. You are just in the Slingshot phase........
