David Reid and Christian Meyers welcome Air Force veteran Daniel Vargas to The Medevac Podcast. Daniel discovered his passion for helping wounded veterans while he was still serving on active duty and has since continued his work in the civilian world as the president and founder of Operation Triage. Operation Triage is a nonprofit organization that focuses on helping veterans in need to become productive members of their communities through advocacy, financial relief, and home remodeling.

David Reid and Christian Meyers welcome Kris Tomes to The Medevac Podcast to discuss rescue missions from the perspective of the rescuer. Kris is a Pararescue  Airmen, also known as PJs. PJs are highly trained experts with the capability to rescue and provide medical treatment to downed military personnel anywhere in the world.

Juan was wounded in an IED attack serving overseas and recounts his experiences on the road to rehabilitation after losing a limb. Juan now continues to serve his military community through his work with guiding others who have been injured through their journey of recovery.
