When Tim (Tim Allen) buys tickets to a hockey game on the same night that Jill (Patricia Richardson) has bought tickets for them, Al (Richard Karn) and Eileen (Sherry Hursey) to see Waiting for Godot, Tim resolves to sell the hockey tickets outside the arena before going to the play. But when he and Al get arrested for scalping, they wind up going to jail and missing the play. Meanwhile, Wilson (Earl Hindman) watches the boys and teaches them a lesson about their parents’ love.
