When you are in a frenzy state, remember that you're not experiencing the world, but the thoughts inside your head. These thoughts are all just questions you're asking yourself. Something happens when you decide to take action regardless of these fears. You grow and push your borders further out. This is also aided by friends who help you see the truth. In this episode I will share an experience from Art Basel and the internal strife I had to overcome to speak to a woman I found attractive.
