The sixth reason we refuse to delegate is believing that we’re the only who can do it RIGHT.

Is it really true that I’m the only one or that there's only one way?
Is it really true that there’s a RIGHT or WRONG way to do this?
Does it serve me to use the word RIGHT?
Am I aiming for excellence or for perfection?
What benefit do I get from assuming that I’m the only one who can do it right, well, or perfectly?Do you feel superior to others?
Do you feel better than others?
Do you get to escape comparison-itis and compete with others instead?
What is costing you to believe that you’re the only one who can do it right, well, or perfectly?Does it keep you stuck in over-reliance on self?
