Are you serving at your home but feeling like your wife and kids aren't following you?  As men who are called to serve and lead this can be frustrated because you feel as though you are doing all the right things.  You work to provide. You work to protect.  You help out around your home; with kids, dishes, laundry, etc.  But it never seems enough.  You have become a servant not a leader.  You are called to be a servant leader but you have neglected the leader role and have simply become a servant.  No, one follows servants.  Servant Leaders, yes!  You must become a leader again.
