No One Left Behind is a short, sharp podcast that unpacks real-life inclusion moments - the awkward, the challenging, and the deeply human. It hopes to bring DEI out of the boardroom and into everyday conversations. I titled No One Left Behind because I believe that’s the mindset true inclusion requires - not writing people off for getting it wrong but staying in the work with honesty, care, and the belief that everyone’s worth the effort.
