You just post jobs and people apply, right?

 

And everyone wants to work here because they already know what a great place it is, right?

 

And if I’m busy they’ll all wait for me to be ready to hire, right?

Recruiters have all hit a point where we feel like we’re taking crazy pills. No one really understands what it is we do.

 

Mom and dad? Never gonna get it. But hiring managers and execs? We need to bridge that gap before hiring (and frankly, life) becomes impossible.
