Because apparently washing your face and taking a multivitamin wasn't complicated enough.

In our first episode, we're introducing ourselves, talking about how this podcast came to be, and looking back at the journey that got us here. We're best friends who have known each other since first grade, and after decades of friendship, life, relationships, careers, growing up (allegedly), and figuring things out as we go, we finally decided to put microphones in front of us.
