Why is it that 9 out of 10 new real estate agents fail within the first 5 years?

Today I speak with a real estate family who has been successfully buying, selling & flipping properties for the last 30 years and is still going strong! We talk about their origins story and how to navigate the business, as well as managing the expectations of both buyers and sellers.

Richard talks about his struggles to get where he’s at and the discrimination he faced at jobs and when he decided to step out on his own because he knew “ no one is going to give me anything “ he also talks looking inside yourself and finding your own happiness. Out here in the heat was upset for a second but then it hit me that I’m not entitled to anything and I could have it a lot worse and to remember that I’m enjoying the process of getting to where I want to be perspective ........it’s all perspective.

Another day to get it and Progress, those of us that woke up this morning ask yourself are you doing what you want to do? Are you happy with the job you’re in ? Because I’m not!
