        Bebe and Janet have both spent years living and working in the Bay Area and NYC (specifically Manhattan though we also touch on the surrounding boroughs), and wanted to share our unfiltered account of what life is like on the coasts. We also share our expectations for how the areas will be impacted by and how they may develop post-COVID. 

        We give rent price estimates, thoughts on the homelessness situation in both metropolitans, as well as honest views on the trade-offs and benefits to living day-to-day in each area.
