Growing up Catholic they were strict rules enforced upon me "don't have sex till marriage" of course, there is nothing wrong with waiting until marriage but I truly believed my body didn't belong to me which led to a lot of negative body self-image. It takes awhile to get out of this mentality but one day you will. Listen as Mayra and I discuss how this affected us growing up xoxo 

Regarding dating, we are all at different stages of our lives. Whether you are at your healing stage or actively dating there is no timeline. Go out there and live life to the fullest!
