In what could be a major turning point in the Judge Loya case, the matter has taken a drastic turn. A bench of Chief Justice Dipak Mishra, Justice AM Khanwilkar and Justice DY Chardrachud today has dismissed the batch of pleas seeking an independent probe into the mysterious death of the CBI Judge BH Loya.
