I’ve decided to implement two new habits in my life that have proven to help me immensely. The two habits are simply, getting off the snooze button and taking cold showers.
If both sound unpleasant to you, that’s because they are. Who doesn’t love that extra few minutes of sleep in the mornings? Even further, when you’re enjoying a nice soothing hot shower, why on earth would you want to turn the nob to Antarctica?
Mental toughness. That’s why.
If you’re like me, you struggle with sticking to a schedule or routine when the going gets tough. Sometimes life starts to happen and you just can’t stick to some of those commitments you previously made for yourself.
