You don’t have to be great to get started… But you have to get started to be great!

It’s perhaps one of the scariest things we will ever have to do. It’s one thing to have those goals written down. The plan laid out and the books ordered through Amazon Prime. (Free 2-Day Shipping! What… What!) However, when the time comes to actually jump and get started, we freeze.

Don’t worry! We’ve all been there. I know I have sat at the green light more times than I’d like to admit.

So how can we get started? How can we overcome those fears that fester in the back of our heads and paralyzes our action? What practical steps can we take in order to do like that one ABC Family Christmas movie says and “Put one foot in front of the other?”
