Directed by Graham Baker and written by Mark Leahy and David Chappe. Unlike most film adaptations of the poem, this version is a science-fiction/fantasy film that, according to one film critic, "takes place in a post-apocalyptic, techno-feudal future that owes more to Mad Max than Beowulf". Starring Christopher Lambert & Rhona Mitra.

We just... this movie was a RIDE. A ride we think you should ALL go on!

The big thing in 2005 is a violent sport which can have some pretty serious consequences... like dying. Starring Chris Klein, Jean Reno, LL Cool J , and Rebecca Romijn

Will this movie cross the finish line and score a goal? Will it smash the box office puck past the goalposts of life and into our hearts? Sports analogies are hard for theatre people, you guys... We hope you enjoy our dive into the world of Rollerball 2002.

A small group of survivors are left behind after millions of people suddenly vanish and the world is plunged into chaos and destruction. Starring Nick Cage and Lea Thompson

We really really really wanted Nick to take this one home for us. Did he? One can only hope.

A meddling mother tries to set her daughter up with the right man so her kid won't follow in her footsteps. Starring Mandy Moore and Diane Keaton

Listen. Sometimes you just choose a movie because Diane Keaton is in it. Sometimes it works out. Sometimes it doesn't. Any bets on how this one was? Listen to find out what we thought about this movies that we watched!

Two wealthy sisters, both heiresses to their family's cosmetics fortune, are given a wake-up call when a scandal and ensuing investigation strip them of their wealth. Starring Hilary and Haylie Duff

Well, the trailer REALLY buried the lead on this one. Did you know that Brent Spiner is in this movie? We originally watched this movie on YouTube, but it has since been taken down, and it's really hard to find online for some reason. But hey, there's a DVD of it on amazon for $3.49, so if you're dying to watch it, head over there, buy the DVD, wait the one month for standard shipping to get it to you, and then come back to listen to this episode. Or just... maybe listen anyways?

Was our first foray into terribly reviewed movies a success? Listen to find out!

Oh hi there, we're here, but we're out of the break! It sure was fun in there, but now that Kindred Features has let us out into the real world, we're so thrilled to be here in podcast land to start hoisting our opinions on you.

This is Pauline and Emily's show all about movies that probably are not redeemable... but on the off chance that they might be so bad they're good... or just misunderstood... we're diving right into movies that are under 5% on Rotten Tomatoes for our first season of No Redeeming Feature?
