Karen is the mastermind and visionary behind GoGoosey, a unisex, quick drying onesie for children.  After years of trying to have a baby naturally, Karen decided to become a single parent and adopt her daughter.  She dreamed of the fun activities that she would do with her daughter but the reality of swimming with a toddler created the idea of the GoGoosey onesie.  

Six years later, Karen launched her business and wishes she hadn't waited so long.  This isn't just any onesie for children, this onesie is for straight after swimming, being in the sea at the beach or after a shower while you're camping.  While wearing it, the child dries inside and the onesie doesn't get wet.  I thought it was witchcraft until I bought one for my son Jackson, but it really does work!

We discuss the real fear of a new idea and how to get it off the ground, realising a dream and growing your business with the help and support of coaches and mentors.

In this episode I chat to my wonderful, real life friend Megan Vickers.  Megan is a physiotherapist specialising in Women's Health and recently became an author with her book 'Stronger: The Honest Guide to Healing and Rebuilding After Pregnancy and Birth'.  We discuss how as mothers who may not have had a 'natural' birth, can be unkind to ourselves and assume that we have failed at giving birth.  Megan is reassuring with her advice, expertise and encouragement that we have not failed, we can recover, and be Stronger.   Her stories and passion for supporting women during pregnancy and child birth is so inspiring and I even got a bit choked up at one point!
