In our thirteenth episode we talked about the men's slow pitch softball league we joined this spring. After that, we discussed the current state of the MLB umpires and where they should go next with how to call games. We then talked a bit about some history and Kurt's favorite thing he learned about history while in college. In our twelfth episode we talked a lot about our thoughts on the NFL Draft. First about the Browns and how they did, then got involved with some other teams and how their draft may have impacted how they might do this season. We then talked a little about MLB The Show as well as APEX. Lastly, we talked about some different awkward situations we've been in that just make us uncomfortable. In our eleventh episode we first talked about Operation Varsity Blues: The College Admission Scandal. This was a big thing in the news when it was first unfolding, and we both didn't know too much about the details before watching the documentary. The second, and last, thing we talked about was Poker. Konner talked a lot about different things to look for and consider when trying to take your poker game to the next level. In our tenth episode we had a No Shot first, a guest! Austin Hall is a friend of ours, especially Konner's, who went to the same high school as the both of us. He is an avid gamer and sports fan, and has recently started streaming video games on Twitch. He joined us for this episode where we first talked about how streaming and gaming has become a normal thing when not long ago it was considered "nerdy". We then got into how you should be doing what you want to do and not what will make others happy. After that, we discusses whether growing on Twitch is luck and how you might be able to create your own luck. We then talked about our favorite and most legendary games of all time before finishing with how weird the concept of time is. In our ninth episode we first talked about Kurt's new coaching job and why he's excited to get into the coaching world as early as he is. After that, we talk about Konner's trip through DC and to Raleigh. With opening day for the MLB being April 1st, we talked a little about the Indians and what to expect from them this year. In our eighth episode we started off by going over the Browns free agency moves thus far and what still needs to be done. After that, we went into a long and in-depth conversation on underrated or overrated for a plethora of different NFL quarterbacks. The finish the episode, we talked about what we would love to pursue in life if there were no financial restrictions and we could just go after it. In our seventh episode we started off talking about Drew Brees and his announced retirement and what he meant to the NFL over the past 20 years. We also covered Dak's deal and some other stuff going on in NFL free agency. We briefly covered the new season of Fortnite but will cover more of that once we get a chance to get our feet wet. After that, we discussed what it's like being in the food industry as well as things that bother us and things that really help out. Lastly, we did our first tier list. The tier list was on pizza chains, and was on an S-D scale. We will continue to do tier lists regularly, as they are fun and seem to be the trend right now! In our sixth episode we started off talking about teaching and what it will mean to Kurt to become a teacher. We then got into Blake Griffin and his signing with the Nets, as well as superteams and their impact on the NBA. After that we talked about the new fan-controlled football league and the things that could come from it. We then had a short conversation about Mike Tyson that really makes you think! In our fifth episode we covered a lot of more recent subjects. We started with JJ Watt and his decision to go to Arizona which had happened right before we started our recording. We got into the Tiger Woods accident and what he means to the sports world. After that we got into Apex Legends and the new season of Call of Duty. To end the episode we talked about both the Nick Mercs and Huskerrs beef as well has what's going on with David Dobrik, and how clout-chasing is alive and well. In our fourth episode we had a different approach than the previous episodes. In this episode we talked a lot about college, and the different stresses and challenges we faced. We went into the different mistakes we made and covered things that could be helpful for future reference. We also talked about community college and trades and taking getting how important it is to do what you want to do. Towards the end of the episode we got into the topic of college football and how top-heavy it is. We covered different possible solutions and what we would like to see happen to the sport.
