For this trial we switched off all Netflix, Amazon Prime, streaming, YouTube, even classic TV (does anyone even have cable anymore?) We did 5 days...that's kind of a week right? Figuring weekends might be harder with partners home and movie nights sort of standard for us wild and crazy girls! But we did it and we survived and we talk all about it in this episode!
