In Episode #014 of 10pm Startup Talks I would like to share with my experience that If working in an Organization doesn't motivate you to work as it doesn't align with your Values or anything. I see this as a loss for both for the Organization as well the Organization. The better step is to realize and understand to put this experience under the Unsatisfactory case and realize that it doesn't satisfy you. Might be you could be Intellectually or Creatively capable of doing better than what you had been dg till date. Don't adjust, go ahead and take a quit from the organization and try to find something that really makes you feel like working. Try to figure out a workspace and Organization that would realize your skills and give you responsibility. Be in a journey to find this one. If you really stick by keep adjusting in the place where you don't belong by adjusting after a considerable amount of time you would lately realize after you had already spent a large amount of your time. As  work is a large part of your Life just try figuring out until you find the best match for you. Stop not until you achieve it. Tune in to know how I think of this stuff.
