Mocktail of the Week:
Joyful Refresher 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (for a bright, sunny vibe)
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice (unsweetened for balance)
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water 
  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup 
  • 1 sprig of rosemary 
  • Ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the orange juice and cranberry juice. Stir gently.
  3. Add the sparkling water and a drizzle of honey or agave if desired.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary, giving it a slight clap between your hands to release its aroma.

This mocktail is perfect for saying "no" to energy-draining habits and "yes" to your well-being.
