Age is a crazy thing, it can bring us so much clarity or throw us into a pit of confusion and self doubt. I am so excited to be joined by Ony Anukem, host of the twenty5 Podcast who felt the fear of turning 25 and, instead of dwelling on it, created a podcast in which she interviewed other amazing women who provide their advice using hindsight.
Join us as we discuss the importance of allowing yourself to reflect and change your plans, find what makes you happy and pursue it. We live in a world of suffocating expectations that are exaggerated by the ticking age bomb. Stop, and diffuse this fear by realising you are not alone in this.
