A lot of life lived since this song's humble beginnings (and that's kind of what it's all about!). Big feelings on this pod so strap in, kiddos! And yes, we do also hype up kelp pickles.
Finally, the moment you've all been waiting for: we learn about Matt's neighbors and date night moves. Adam's in his bag on this tune, asking the question, "is staying in this relationship better for both of us, or is it just better for me?" Shout out to the Truck and Bonzalez families!
Ohhhh time is so fleeting, ain't it? Listen to us, just a month ago, yapping about all these things that have come to fruition (except for Season 4 of True Detective being good)! Still, join us on this slightly delayed journey down memory lane, as we explore the genesis of one of our favorite pop tunes, and touch upon some really important aspects of group dynamics and some lessons we've learned from over-cooking songs!
We blacked out! What did we miss? Oh shit, we forgot to put out the latest pod? Well, here you go. More of the good stuff: our H2O intake, names of guys from Pennsylvania, and how nobody can not stop the groove quite like your boys.

Well gang, we may have reached peaked stupidity with this one (not even Scott quoting Yeats could save us). Though maybe we should shoot for "peak stupidity" more often, cause this is truly a really fun one. Snuggle up for the long haul as we introduce our first guest, our long time drummer Cole McSween, and take another dive down the songwriting rabbit hole. *Plus, the ads are really good this time around.
Also!
Back after another extended break (as we like to say, "it needs to be an adjustment."). In this episode, we're kicking things off with the stuff you really care about: Adam's hem preferences (was his tailor hitting on him?) and what the heck is going on with Matt's hair. Then yeah, we talk about "Shot In The Dark" or whatever and stuff. It's a good one, because this song's seen some serious transformation. Nothing like Adam's pants, but you know....
We're back with an extra thicc episode, chock full of references to "the Dr. Bronner's effect", insights on what type of animal placenta Adam puts on his face at night, and Scott discovers the joys of robedom. Then we get to our latest release, "if you let me" (14:32), formerly known as "Frozen Waterfall."
Feel a smile spread across your chest with this chill new ep of Nobody Knows (#5 to be exact). You better believe that Scott is aware that Adam went to his pediatric dentist for way too long. Oh and I guess we go in pretty hard on the craft behind "Novocaine", one of our favorites from the vault.
This week, we chat about our oldest song in the tank...and it's a real nail biter! Aaaaand I've just been informed that I've lost my episode description privileges. Anyways, please enjoy our new sponsors, our switchback conversation, and mind the pun.
It's Episode 3! Time to learn about all of our new sponsors, Scott's key change revolution, and maybe our best pre-show ritual ever!
