2025 was unfair. Brutal. Complicated.
This final episode of the year is an honest reflection on addiction, loss, identity, faith, grief, family, and survival. I talk about losing my best friend, facing the consequences of addiction, struggling with belief, re-entering therapy, navigating medication, and learning how to sit with pain instead of running from it.
I also talk about the moments that kept me here — becoming an uncle, reconnecting with family, finding quieter forms of strength, and rebranding Nobody Talks into a space where I could simply exist honestly.
This isn’t a recap or a motivational speech. It’s a raw look at a year that nearly broke me — and why I’m still here, staring down 2026, choosing to keep fighting.
I didn’t quit.
I didn’t disappear.
I just kept talking.
