By education I don't just mean a degree but it could be any form of education. The key thing to remember is to always make sure you invest in yourself in order to move forward in life. Also make sure that the money you spend on this education has a good return on investment (ROI).

For some people that means make sure you take care of your body first by being healthy and thus you will get a healthy mind. For me it is the other way round as I believe that everything starts from there. Having a healthy mind allows you take on any challenges that life throws at you. That is why I follow the few steps I mention in the video to try and keep sane. It would be good to hear what steps you guys take to keep a healthy mind so please feel free to add your comments below.
