I met up with trans advocate Kayden Coleman. Kayden is one of the first openly gay black trans men in the world. He was also one of the first openly pregnant trans men in the world! He has 2 beautiful daughters that he gave birth to and doesn't just advocate on social media! He has been visible for over 10 years and chops it up with me and shares some wisdom.
