A non-attached athletic goal releases forced effort, allowing breathing room for creativity, physical and mental healing, and most importantly, it reduces your level of stress. 



A non-attachment goal will open your life to optimal results. There is no one narrow route to your athletic Goal. 



 A non-attached athletic Goal looks like this:



I am training for my first Ironman. 



I am following my training plan and simultaneously enjoying my life. 



* Plant your Seed of Intention.* Meditate - This is where infinite possibilities brew. * Release your desire to a realm of infinite possibilities.* Continue training, enjoying your life, trust that your Goal will come into fruition in the form of infinite possibilities.
