Non-Hierarchizing Trauma

Listen Later

You may have heard trauma defined as Big T or Little T Trauma. This episode will help you give language to your experience while also helping you to question how you describe your trauma. While this episode will discuss big and little T trauma, any trauma can impact you and it's okay for you to take up space with your healing.
