Presence with the process often allows our desires to be delivered by default intimacy with our truth & naturalness, so be on the journey.

SPRING - colourfully vision map ideas, SUMMER - express through dance, movement, connective experience, AUTUMN - writing and releasing through words and expansive discussion,, WINTER - craft sacred spaces through the senses eg touch, smell taste, curate playlists for you mood.

I love how noticing brings a new awareness or new perspective.
