The FTC has been putting in work this year, suggesting a ban on noncompetes, as a way to protect employees, however they may be overstepping their boundaries. Finally, consultants and advisory services are getting the recognition they deserve - which means someone is actually trying to figure out what it even means that people do in these service lines, and how necessary or unnecessary their work is!
