The Boys are Back!!! After a little hiatus the boys feel refreshed and ready to rock and maybe even roll a little. In this episode Marcus and Sharaf discuss mental health and how they feel about some of the aspects. On a serious note to everyone out there, you are not alone even when you may feel like it. Reach out to a professional or to a friend or family member you feel like you trust. Help is there for us all, we just need to have the courage to ask.
Check out Thaumopolis News Radio as well! Sharaf will have a small role in an upcoming episode, but besides that its a really fun listen.
