What is the amount of time we spend looking at Facebook or IG for that hashtag "motivation" quote?
Rather than taking that time spent and doing the action needed to see the results. We can visualize but let's not confuse that with daydreaming of how life could be instead of actually taking the action to make it real.
Motivation ain't shit if it does not lead to action.  We need to have something much bigger pushing us through uncomfortable situations. Actions that walk you through fear and anguish. Actions that push you to do things you thought you would never do. So find you "WHY" your reason to keep you walking when all seems to be lost.
