Lauren Verona grew up in Melbourne and used to come to Noosa holidaying with her family. Always having a natural curiosity, she went travelling as a teenager but eventually moved back to Melbourne, to study PR and later on started her own PR firm. After 5 years of working Lauren came to a point she got so burnt out and looked for something to destress and totally fell in love with yoga. Lauren and her then (now ex) husband opened a Yoga studio in Melbourne and then decided to move to the Sunshine Coast and opened Zenko Yoga in Buddina. After separating from her husband she decided to take the leap and open a Yoga Studio in Noosa at Acres. Lauren is also a public speaker, does live yoga videos for her tribe on Facebook and FMTV followers, and loves to hang out with her kids in Noosa on her days off.

Swedish born Catarina Divjak is the owner of TASTE OF SWEDEN (now moved on to her Yoga mat business ZEN AND ZONE, a little bakery in Noosa making delicious home made Swedish delights. In this interview she is sharing her story of how it was growing up in Stockholm, having her children, separation and one day deciding to move to Australia and starting a new life. She will also share her experience facing her fear being totally alone a month in Cambodia, donating her kidney, what her favourite Australian word is and why she love Noosa so much.

Steve Lawrence is the owner and creator of Noosa Boardroom, Noosa's first serviced offices and co-working space, created in 2006.

Originally from Adelaide, Steve and his family used to come to Noosa on family holidays in the 70's and later on in life he, his wife and kids are now calling Sunshine Coast their home.

Although he thinks the Noosa beach is beautiful, Steve love to visit the Noosa hinterlands, especially the small town of Cooroy.

When he is not busy networking or spending quality time with his family he loves to get together with his band Good Town.

Marty Vids is a business mentor, entrepreneur and the podcast host of The Marty Vids Show. Growing up in Melbourne he had from a very young age a love for numbers and worked as a young boy in his family business, a milk barn where he was in charge of the bread stand.
