Following my fifth place at the 40th Anniversary of the Noosa Triathlon, I share the insights behind my performance on a day where the course record was shattered. Although initially dissapointed, I was able to regain to perspective knowing that I finished behind a blend of Olympic and Commonwealth Games medallists.
