For the 15yrs from 1991-2006, a single man stalked, terrorized, raped, and robbed over 10 women in the Sacramento area. But it is not until 2018 that the victims of these attacks will get the call that they had been waiting so long for: “We got the guy.”  This is the case of the NorCal Rapist Victims.
