LucasArts is back! EA is out (well not really) and Ubisoft and Bethesda are in! New Indiana Jones game and an open world Star Wars game has been announced. And, with more announcements coming soon through 2021. Everyone one of them, under the brand new banner, Lucasfilm Games.

Black PS5 is no longer available, and not for the reasons you may think! The company behind this has been recieving threats that lead to them shutting the whole thing down. What is wrong with people?

Not a new episode without some CDPR news! Co-Founder has made a video explaining the troubles with Cyberpunk 2077. Who is to blame? You probably know who.

And also, Jens doesn't like different color schemes on his hardware. Is it a scam? What the hell is going on here?

News are still in short, so we decided to do a mix of news episode and special episode.

Let's talk about five of our most anticipated games of 2021! Emil & Jens has different tastes, but that is not a bad thing. Right?

Cyberpunk 2077 DLC is free, which yeah, that's probably the right call.

Ubisoft subscription service a part of Xbox Game Pass? Cause why not at this point?

Upcoming game Outriders gets delayed, but will have a open beta where the first five hours of the full game is available to play solo or co-op. Also progress carries over to the full game when that releases on April 1. (No joke!)

And lastly, Monster Hunter Ryse has a demo available right now (go play it!), and will be there until February 1th.

This time around we talk about our special connection to the Borderlands franchise. The reason we became friends and why this Norderlanders exists today.

Both Emil and Jens have made a list containing the games and we go through them in a messy way.

On the news front, Cyberpunk 2077 is not available on Playstation Store and CDPR is getting a lawsuit. (Happy Holidays...)

But one good news we picked up; Silent Hill creator is working on a new game! Hurray!

Cyberpunk 2077! Oh man, someone fucked up. The game is full of glithces and bugs, but not only that it's unplayable on base PS4 and Xbox One. Framerate issues, texture loadings, crashes, you name it! Cyberpunk has it all! We talk about all of them. 

Game streaming rising up? Apparently this is the case, now being the best way to play Cyberpunk. And Emil can vouch for that! He has been playing the game mostly through Geforce Now. And the streaming way may grow even stronger thanks to Stadia being available on IOS. Hurray!

And can't anyone take a joke these days? No, that's the answer. Especially for the game Devotion, who is now banned from PC clients. 

Game Awards 2020! New announcements, small ones but two big ones; New Mass Effect and a new Dragon Age! Hopefully Bioware will rise up to the reputation they had in the past. Also, big congrats to Naughty Dog for winning Game of the Year with their higly controversial Last of Us Part 2.

Cyperpunk 2077 is finally out, does it live up to the hype? Don't really know yet, only managed to play a couple hours before we recorded this episode. More next week!

And is Medal of Honor: Above swinging their dick? We may think so, due to their insane storage requirements! 

Xbox Gamepass is getting bigger, but it comes with a cost. More games coming and leaving the subscription service. We are starting to see the Bethesda games now with more to come!

Nintendo is getting a quality of life update to it's system.  Things that you expect a gaming console to have, but hey it's Nintendo. They have been doing their own thing for the last decade.

PS5 thrives even though the Series X is stronger, by looking at the specs. But Sony has done a nice job with giving the new console to developers so their games are optimized. Xbox may not done this.

And Kratos is joining Fortnite! Does he fit? We don't know really. We suck pretty hard. Anywho, maybe Master Chief and Samus (Metroid) are joing the battle royale aswell. Time will tell!

We caught up on some last weeks news, Project 007! IO Interactive is behind this new game and after the Hitman 3 details, we really think IO is going to be a good fit for this project. In IO we trust. 

Cyperpunk 2077 again (every week man) is going to be a long ass game. But that's not bad. You can choice to loose yourself in that world, but apperently only focusing on the main quest will not be as long as (Toss a coin to your) Witcher 3. 

And Game Awards 2020 nominations! We only played some of the nominates, but hey, best three out of six right? No chance we are going to do a Game of the Year episode. We are not really gamers, just a couple of Scalpers! Wait, what?

Anyway, Capcom has been hacked. Lots of information on upcoming games, sales, and other stuff that surely Capcom doesn't want to be out there in the wild. But, let's talk about it!

Ubisoft Montreal got swatted this week, and luckly nobody got hurt. Why is this funny for people? To prank call and waste precious time that could have been used on real events.

And more information about the new next-gen consoles. We said it before and we say it again. Just wait, so you get the console has it intended to be.

Week of the next generations of consoles! Did you pre-order? Do you already have it? If so, let's talk about some of the information about them, especially their storage expansion cabilities. Good to know stuff.

No one wants to mess with Cyperpunk 2077. That game is standing it's ground, with it's ray-tracing functions and having the release date all by itself. Back the hell off guys!

Launch of new consoles means also launch games. This seems to be in Sony's favor, and is the case forward of which console we at Norderlanders are gonna get. But Xbox is looking fine aswell.
