Jokull Solberg Audunsson is my guest on the Nordic Future Makers podcast for this episode. Based in Iceland, Solberg tells me about the various ventures he has been involved in including:

• QuizUp - funded by Sequoia Capital, it became really big and Solberg was the product owner at this multi-million dollar Icelandic startup
• Takumi - Solberg then founded Takumi, the groundbreaking influencer marketing company and software platform that invented the idea of micro-influencers - he tells us all about Takumi, from startup and funding to how the company developed over time
• Planitor - Solberg's latest venture is based on the 'no code movement' and is working with the built environment and local authorities to digitise plans, permits and building papers to visualise construction and construction progress across Iceland
• ...and then for the final question I ask the question I ask everyone, 'what are you curious about now?'

Björn Jeffery has recently relocated from San Francisco to Malmo (Sweden) and it was great to catch up with him for this episode of the Nordic Future Makers podcast. Björn serves on the boards of ACast and Rovio and is now a technology writer for the Svenska Dagbladet. Before this Björn founded a mental health app called Enjo (acquired by KRY) and was the co-founder of the hugely successful children's app creator Toca Boca. It was fascinating to talk to Björn and in our conversation we talk about different devices, approaches to designing digital experiences and we discuss how to scale an idea and find success too. Anna Martinkari, Head of Digital at Telia in Sweden, joins me for this episode of the Nordic Future Makers podcast. Anna is responsible for a wide range of different areas of digital at Telia and is responsible for creating the best customer experience for Telia's Swedish customers. I enjoyed talking to Anna and we spoke about digital goals, customer experience, differentiation, innovation and the fact that 'you can't land a moon rocket in a swamp!' Anna then discussed her role on the board of the IAB in Sweden and also told me about some of the work she has done with startups like Deedster too.
