Sometimes, God shows off a little and alllllllllllllll the signs line up and point at that thing you know but you needed a nudge. This happened for Brenda in a big way at the beginning of this month, and we wanted to talk it out because a year from now, this could be a big deal and she’ll want to remember how things unfolded. On today’s episode Kristi I sat down and talked to a friend of mine, David Delgado. He is an owner of the CrossFit Gym in my neighborhood. We met five years ago.
