Many parents don't understand how to help their children feel loved while also preparing them for the real world. Frustration training- or "sparring" as some people call it- is an interesting way parents can help their children learn how to deal with stress and frustration in a healthy way.

Many films these days portray a completely inaccurate, unrealistic version of family and interpersonal relationships. I love how The Chronicles of Narnia portrays the ups and downs of family/sibling relationships in the characters.

Many popular icons and influencers profit from glorifying these destructive lifestyles. We enable them to do this when we don’t understand or grow apathetic to the reality of those lifestyles.

This careless and selfish use of influence is perpetuating these cycles of disconnection.
