As we jump into the holiday season, local Mental Health Counselor David Beebe will join Seth and Deb to discuss some of the many challenges this season brings. David will highlight the importance of knowing that it is healthy and normal to ask for help when we're struggling. He'll encourage the church community to normalize receiving care for our mental health challenges. David will also offer hope and help when going through the holidays is rough.
