I like my freedoms a lot.

Give me boundaries, but let ME choose my own schedule.

The truth is I don’t get it all done and I have a lot of support. That’s what I’m talking through in this episode.

Because while I have my go-to plan, it serves as a solid, loose-enough framework to use based on what I want or need each day. And typically withstands a toddler & infant be-bopping around my home office door.

Motherhood has has gifted me some of the most powerful lessons, I’m sharing with you in this episode.

There will be things that happen that will tempt your brain to think…

Can we normalize the fact that we are always in our heads about something?!

This week we are talking about setting boundaries with your clients in paid containers. This is a questions I get asked ALL. THE. TIME. 

Here’s the thing  … setting a boundary is pretty simple. 

But what I find we worry about most (especially women!!!) is how to say them and not sound angry/bitchy/annoyed/mean. 

Your clients want you to set boundaries. This helps them understand how to make the most out of working together.

The clearer you can make how to utilize all elements of the program the happier and more involved (but like… in a good way) clients tend to be! And the better results they can get!

Your journey is unique to you. When you find that something feels aligned for you, stick with it. Go all in and stay fully committed to your offers, your message and your brand. Alignment doesn’t mean easy, alignments means it's aligned with you. 

And in those moments when you are being hard on yourself because something might not be working like you think, I encourage to take the time to reflect. Ask yourself if the changes you are making out of fear, from living and learning or clarity because you've been taking action.

What I want to share with you today is to trust the evolution. Keep going one step at a time and master the skills you need to be come really really good at your business (I’m still working on my mastery and  getting better every day).
