A hotly debated proposal to charge parking fees at Sonoma Coast Parks is returning to the drawing board.

California State Parks controversial proposal to charge parking fees at some of Sonoma Coast’s most popular parks is stalled after a vote yesterday by the California Coastal Commission’s governing board. KRCB’s Tiffany Camhi reports the decision goes against the Commission staff’s recommendation.
