Lessons from Four Lepers

One of members, Brock Dotson, will be our guest speaker for this sermon.

What does the New Testament record about singing in worship?  Let’s consider two passages that teach us about singing in twos.

The opening psalm of the book of Psalms shows two plants.  Which plant will we choose to be as we go through life?  What can we learn from this psalm?

James calls for us to draw near to God so that God will draw near to us (James 4:8).  He identifies cleansing and purification as the path to draw near.  Let’s consider what James says about God so that we will decide to walk the path of purification to draw near to Him.

PM – The Plant Psalm

In the book of Numbers, a man is stoned for gathering sticks.  Why was he stoned?  Is there anything we can learn from this event in the Old Testament?

Let’s take a trip together to the small town of Bethlehem just outside of Jerusalem.  It is a city that will help us to see Jesus and to learn of Him.
