Whatever you imitate, you assimilate. The next time you see someone that does something good, what would it look like to imitate it? In John's third letter, he is asking the readers to imitate good.

Let’s ask ourselves what we are giving ourselves to. What are we craving? Where do we need to loosen our grip? Are we ready to trade the cravings of this world for real fulfillment in Jesus? Misty believes these are a few of the questions John asks us to consider in his first letter.
