This morning the Ramsey County Sheriff brought out their airboat to rescue four people stranded on some sort of amphibious vehicle on Bald Eagle Lake.

Around 6:30 PM a 26 year old make with aspergers became agitated and obtained a gun on Spring Lake Road in Mounds View. This lead to a rather intense sounding stand off.
